Cancellation :
Cancellation prior to 7 business days before the commencement of the rental period is subject to a 30% charge of the original transaction amount to cover transaction fees. Cancellation within 7 business day of commencement of the rental period without valid reasons is subject to a 70% charge of the original transaction. Cancellation on the day of commencement of the rental period without valid reasons is subject to a charge in full. Cancellation, once the courier has departed for the rental site, will be charged in full.
