Terms of Service

Delivery Coverage:

• Service available within Hong Kong (excluding outlying islands).

Transportation Fee:

• Delivery and return transportation fees shall be borne by the Customer.
• If technical service or on-site support is required, delivery to the Customer will be arranged by the Company.

Return, Exchange, Damage, and Loss Policy:

• The Customer shall be responsible for the proper care of all rented items.
• Any damage caused by misuse or any loss of items shall be borne by the Customer.

Order Processing and Delivery Schedule:

• Orders will be processed and delivered according to the date and time agreed upon by both parties.

Return Deadline:

• All rented items must be returned by 12:00 midnight on the same day.
• Any late return after 12:00 midnight will be charged as an additional rental day.

Deposit Refund:

• Upon inspection and confirmation of no damage to the returned items, the deposit shall be refunded within seven (7) days.

服務條款

送貨範圍：

• 服務範圍為香港（不包括離島）。

運輸費用：

• 送貨及退貨運費均由客戶自行負責。
• 如涉及技術服務或現場支援，送貨至客戶將由本公司安排。

退貨、換貨、損壞及遺失政策：

• 客戶須妥善保管租用物品。
• 任何因使用不當或遺失而造成的損壞，將由客戶承擔相關費用。

訂單處理及送貨時間：

• 訂單將按照雙方協定的日期及時間執行。

歸還時限：

• 所有租用物品須於當日午夜12:00前歸還。
• 凡逾時歸還，將按額外一天租金收取。

按金退還：

• 物品驗收確認無損壞後，按金將於七（7）日內退回。
